The Scoutmaster is the head adult leader, they can answer pretty much any question you may have about the Troops.
The Advancement Chairman is the person you want to talk to if you need help with or have questions about ranks, transitioning from Cub Scouts or general advancement.
The Treasurer oversees all of the Troops' finances. Talk to them if you have questions about funding.
The Membership Chair handles outreach for new scouts, if you're looking to join one of the troops you can contact them.
